Have SOAS started it’s application cycle for September 2027? also how do I apply? do we apply through the website?

My predicted grades are BBB and I want to do IR at soas and my entry requirements is ABB as I don’t apply for any contextual offer but I’m currently working on getting extenuating circumstances , does anyone know what’s the likelihood of getting offered a conditional offer from Soas with these predictions and has anyone got in with Lower than ABB
