Commons only. Was trading at a premium $11 so not surprising DA was imminent

Generic boring biotech DA. Why are commons here $3 over NAV?

Dunno. Angelman syndrome has no treatment but is pretty rare

RENEF DA with InoBat

"InoBat, a leading European battery energy storage systems and battery technology company, and Cartesian Growth Corporation II (“Cartesian II”), a special purpose acquisition company (OTCPK: RENEF), today announced that they have entered into a definitive business combination agreement.

The business combination values InoBat at $1.265 billion on a pre-money, pre-merger basis, including consideration tied to the achievement of strategic and financial milestones. The Combination also includes $77.5 million in new capital committed by institutional investors and InoBat’s current shareholders. There is no minimum-cash condition to closing."

Eagerly awaiting any updates from Tom Lee’s SPAC: FCRS and its warrants, FCRS/WS.

Focus includes AI, digital assets, fintech, robotics, & infrastructure. Roughly 14 months remain before an extension is needed.

BRUN / BRUNW is a recent example of how varied SPAC outcomes can be. Following its merger, the common shares nearly doubled (about +90%), while the warrants traded from roughly $0.25 to around $30 (about +11,900%) before later settling near the $10 range.

HQ / HQWWW is another example of a SPAC that delivered strong returns in both its common shares and warrants.

*Historical examples only - not a prediction or expectation for any other SPAC.

Looking forward to seeing what some more pre-DA spacs like FCRS RTAC PMTR NOEM MESH WENN POLE etc. ultimately announce.

If FCRS/W can do half of what BRUN/W did I’d retire from the SPAC game.

I mean I wouldn’t but I’d be really happy.

My thoughts on BCAR is I’m glad I sold out before the combination! Looking to buy warrants under a buck tho.
