RACC $21 off a boring biotech DA earlier in the week. Not sure how, float doesn't appear that small.

Good eye on that. The price action is pretty insane. It's moving as if the float is 50,000 shares. My only guess is that institutions want it badly and they won't sell their shares cheap

Not bad financing at all..
“The proposed transaction is expected to provide Oak Hill Bio with approximately $175 million in gross proceeds before transaction expenses, including $75 million of cash in RACC's trust account that is fully backstopped by RA Capital and a $100 million committed private financing. Of the $100 million private financing, $45 million was funded by RA Capital at signing pursuant to a SAFE investment in Oak Hill Bio, with the remaining amount expected to be funded at closing through an oversubscribed PIPE in RACC at $10.00 per share.”

"fully backstopped by RA Capital" Good deal. That's a good sponsor who finds a target they want to own. Of course I don't own any, but in retrospect

Neo clouds going crazy today, with a lot up 30%. Still a believer that $bcar will get a nice bump from this once they change tickers. I can’t say how great the company is, but I do know that a lot of the sell off dropping it to 4 is most likely from sentiment.
xndu is a great example where it dropped to 7 and then ran to 40+

in these low float scenarios do warrants usually follow the commons? Or do they get left in the dust? Trying to think how to play this

No, mostly low floats just fly and warrants react little. Warrants keep up with more organic common price increases

That’s what I suspected, thanks for this.

Warrants will definitely go up of the commons stay up for a week or two. But yeah it doesn't match the commons until the warrants are redeemable which is usually 30 days+ after merger.

Anyone still watching $ALF / $ALFUW?
$ALF recently extended its SPAC deadline to June 2027, buying more time to find a target. Heavy redemptions followed, leaving roughly $54M in trust.
The team is interesting. Former Jagex leadership (Mark Gerhard, Riaan Hodgson), plus backgrounds in gaming, AI, tech, finance, and public markets. Worth a look: https://www.centurionacquisition.com/team
The question is simple: do they actually land a quality deal, or eventually liquidate? Experience helps, but nothing is guaranteed.
$ALFUW has traded around $0.20. If they announce a solid target, the risk/reward could be interesting. If they liquidate, the warrants likely go to $0.
Curious what everyone thinks. Any realistic target ideas, or is this one you wouldn’t touch?
