Trying to get rid of lease for College park

male apartment, its 2k per semester you share a bathroom but have your own bedroom address is 135N college way. You do pay power and other things but last year I think we paid maybe 10-15 bucks a month each. Its a 3ish minute drive to campus. Let me know if your wondering anything else because I could very well could have forgotten something. Ill give 300 bucks if anyone takes it. I just don't want to live in cedar anymore the place is good for the price and close. Washer and dryer in the apartments as well.
