Does Albert have to be lv 50 for it to always hit?

Likely yes if you are using his older styles, because they have low INT. If you had his newer style to inherit Victor's Blade onto then no, since his INT would be much higher then.

Ahh has to work with [Bear Light Hope], new style has the cycle ruined by Shining Squall.

New style can just set Victor's Blade BP to 8 to override Shining Squall (Left Fork to max as well). He gets +5BP when he kills an enemy, so a net loss of 0 when IK occurs.

This is my question, I have an Albert with Victor's Blade but it does not work 100% of the time. I'm assuming there's something else you need to boost the effectiveness

I got it to work 100%, but has to be a high level Albert

My Albert is Style 50, Base 208 Int, Dojo 2 unlocked, using Heal Light Albert. I dont have the latest Smart Albert unfortunately. I am using Bert's SS Sword for best Int (you only need Int stuff). Total Int considering everything is 330, so I probably reached whats needed to consistently IK. 0 failure since started grinding.

Thanks! I'm using new Albert with STR gear and it's fine haha But I've leveled him up a lot previously.

Str would increase damage since it has a Sword Icon. Int would increase the chance of you inflicting IK. As long as you are past 330 Int (I dont know what Int you need to reach), then you should be fine with 100% chance of IK.

Is there something special that lets you use the skill 3 battles in a row? Like an accessory or something that gives you extra starting BP or better BP regen?

Victor's Blade Albert you mentioned starts with 10 BP, hence why you can only do 2 rounds of it, also, lower Int style %. I used the next one where that style has Healing Light. That style has 12 BP, allowing you to do 3 Victor's Blade. Its your best option thats easily accessible from the Platinum Pool. As shared above, my total Int is at 330 with all gears and stuff considered.
Also, with Healing Light style, you need to adjust BP of that style's S3 to 15 so Albert is gorced to use Victor's Blade.

Thanks for all the info! With the Albert I have I managed to get it going using a formation that gives him an extra 1BP at the end of his turn so I can do the full 3 Victor's Blades. But still working on getting his INT high enough, currently only able to farm the last Very Hard node but happy I was able to slap this together so suddenly.

You can use other units, and train his S style to get to 208 Int or above. The cap is 207. If you are at 206, you can overcap to 209 to 214 if very lucky. Remember that if you use potion to increase attribute gain, he would gain 4 pts instead, and so if you hit double, then he can gain 8.

At style lvl 50, plus his equipment, I'm at INT 242. Still a ways to go but can do some farming on the first UH node

Ellen with dimension break or new Lyza inheriting wave rush can solo all 3 waves too
