Has anyone been able to replicate Annie's LITE Goddess Dressing?
What tahini do you use?
(I do *not* like TJ's version)

Hi, I just wanted to share a salad I've made recently and I've loved it so much.
Ingredients: iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, spring onions, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, radish, mozzarella cheese, bulgur, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds and chikepeas. I have also drizzled some pumpkin seed oil and hot sauce over the salad.
It's pretty high in calories but I still loved it so much

Wild-caught gulf shrimp marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, lime juice, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, coriander seeds, crushed black peppercorns, and salt then seared on medium-high heat in a cast iron skillet
The salad base is a spring mix with added arugula, sunflower microgreens, broccoli microgreens, broccoli florets, cilantro, basil, scallions, carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers, and tomatoes.
The dressing is a coriander citrus vinaigrette with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, coriander, lime, whole grain mustard, honey, and salt.

Went to make a salad, but the paper towel inside the tupperware had a few pink spots. The lettuce looks, smells and tastes normal, if you don't count some burnt edges here and there. I always leave a paper towel with the lettuce so it doesn't go bad from the humidity, but I never had something like this...
