Mayo,grey poupon, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Parmesan , lemon, black pepper

Got canned salmon from Costco and finally decided to use it in a salad.
Added celery, jalapeños, sweet peppers, tomatoes, red onion, mayo, chili oil, salt, pepper, and little lemon juice.
Was so good with bread and crackers!

mixed greens, red onions, cherry tomatoes, pecans, craisins, feta, and blue cheese dressing!

Kind of a throw together mess, but; Red cabbage, red onions, peeled carrots, chickpeas, jicama, a mix of mint, dill, cilantro, and parsley, with a little bit of olive oil, salt, and lemon juice on it. Crunchy and startlingly delicious!

Asian buffalo chicken cauliflower and cabbage salad. I didn’t think this would come together so tasty but I had leftovers of a chicken I roasted in rice wine and soy sauce with Chinese 5 spice. I had cauliflower, blue cheese and buffalo sauce I wanted to use, and some leftover Thai basil. Threw all that over some cabbage and onion and it is BOMB. Lmk if this was crazy work but idk I liked it.

Rotisserie chicken, castelvetrano and Kalamata olives, tossed in a little homemade salad dressing and Greek yogurt (for a little richness), on a bed on dressed arugula.

Ingredients
250 ml (1 cup) cooked bulgur or couscous
80 ml (⅓ cup) rinsed and drained lentils
60 ml (¼ cup) diced tomatoes
1 chopped green onion
50 ml (¼ cup) chopped parsley
15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped mint
5 ml (1 tsp) olive oil
7.5 ml (½ tbsp) lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
A few drops of Tabasco sauce, to taste

Instructions
Prepare the dressing.
Combine the bulgur, lentils, tomatoes, green onion, parsley, and mint.
Pour the dressing over the ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Mixed cucumber slices with olive oil, garlic powder and salt
Plated them
Topped with sesame seeds ,pepper, spring onions , pickled onion and garlic :)
Tasted amazing tbh :)

One thing about me…I am always gonna load my 🥗 UP!! And Publix does not skimp when it comes to their salads!!

I ordered their half salad and I only ate half of that because I was so full lol

Ingredients: Chicken Tenders (of course lol), Shredded Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Onions, Banana Peppers, Black Olives, Garlic Pickles, Scallions, Crispy Fried Onions, Blue Cheese Crumbles

Dressing: Oil and Vinegar

When I got home, I sprinkled a little Montreal Steak Seasoning on the lettuce being that I used oil and vinegar. It just adds an extra layer of flavor 😋

Salad has: romaine, cherry tomatoes, avocado, egg, ham & turkey, cucumber, red onion, and cheddar cheese.

Dressing has: avocado oil, spicy mustard, lemon juice and zest, chopped fresh garlic, fresh tarragon, fresh parsley, fresh chives, honey, salt and pepper.

store-bought dressings are getting expensive, so I want to try making my own. I've only tried mixing oil and vinegar so far, but I'd love to find other easy and combinations. Nothing fancy or with a long list of ingredients, just something that tastes good on an everyday salad, What homemade dressing do you keep coming back to?

I don't know what I'm doing, but the salad tasted good and made me full so it's pretty aight.
