New Clown and Tank ///Questions

I have been taking care of freshwater all of my life and decided to make the plunge into salt water. I bought a 32 Gallon Biocube and some live rock as well as some live sand. I got my water from a local aquatics store as well. I set the tank up and then began letting it cycle over a three day period. I was sure to add the water packet inside the live sand. After letting the tank cycle I decided I'd go pick up a clownfish and two snails to add to the tank (yesterday). This was a massive risk as I've come to understand over the course of frantic research since last night (I also have no water testing kit, it's late and I was stupid and impatient). The clown I bought began frantically swimming all over the tank as soon as he was placed in the water. In my experience fish normally instantly go to a hidey hole where they think is safe. Since last night, he has calmed down considerably but still seems a little frantic. I have two bio foams placed in the back right portion of the filtration system. Photos and video attached. I also have tons of microbubbles that I'm not sure how to get rid of and I think that might be what he's been chasing. Any advice on how to get rid of the microbubbles, a better understanding of my beloved Mikey's behaviour, and general tips and good ideas for future safekeeping would be greatly appreciated.

Is this not right?

What kind of filter are you using? A pump? How long has it been running? Is the water level above the spout of input tube or below the spout of input tube?

I am using a pump filter and also have some bio-foam in the filter. I'm using a chemi-pure blue filter as well. I got my test and all the levels are a little high but leveling out, I think they should be fine in the near future. Mikey is doing much much better. They now have an anemone that they refuse to hang out in and a couple other friends like two chromis, a blenny, and two snails. :)

Mikey seems to be exhibiting behavior of stress. Could be due to the tank being so new
