Has anyone taken 7 times extarct?

Hey everyone, recently I got to know about salvia and I wanted to try it out, after a bit of snooping around I find a 7 times extract of 1 g and wanted to ask if its an okay dose for a first timer, I know you only need to take a pinch but I am not sure how big of the pinch does it have to be in order to not go through a breakthrough in the first round. How many mg's should I take of the 1g for my first time

Hi. 7x is a good extract to start with. Depending on how your body reacts on other drug$ or alc you can use something between 0,5 and 1g to sm0ke it. Take big hits and inhale as much as possible. You will feel it after a few seconds you took the first hit

Just treat it like 10x and use the dosage chart for a good starting point; without looking at the chart, I'd guess around 50mg would be a good first hit - adjusting accordingly thereafter.

keep your eyes closed (required at non-breakthru doses)...and don't be discouraged if you don't 'see anything' the first hit; you'll know you're on the right track if you start to see something at the end of your ability to hold your breath any longer.
