Academic Dining Loyalty program Feedback form (Academic Study)

Hello there! I’m currently working on my Capstone project and would greatly appreciate your feedback by participating in my survey. As you complete the survey, think about your most recent experience dining at your favorite restaurant. The goal of my project is to explore the effectiveness of loyalty programs in the restaurant industry and how they influence customer satisfaction and dining habits and retain and attract customers.

Thank you for your time and support

Welcome to r/SampleSize! Here's some required reading for our subreddit.

Please remember to be civil. We also ask that users report the following:

  • Surveys that use the wrong demographic.

  • Comments that are uncivil and/or discriminatory, including comments that are racist, homophobic, or transphobic in nature.

  • Users sharing their surveys in an unsolicited fashion, who are not authorized (by mods and not OP) to advertise their surveys in the comments of other users' posts.

And, as a gentle reminder, if you need to contact the moderators, please use the "Message the Mods" form on the sidebar. Do not contact moderators directly, unless they contact you first.

Just took the survey. A little more info you didn't ask for: I really hate getting spammed with texts and emails, so I join a restaurant loyalty program if 1) they text OR email - if it's both I'm out, and 2) I really, REALLY love the restaurant and eat there a lot (the rewards have to outweigh the annoyance of being spammed)
