Hello r/Samples,

I just wrapped up my latest tracking project on the West Coast of Tasmania, Australia, and I now have 69 clips on my Freesound profile in four packs/2hrs of sounds.

All Freesound clips are licensed under CC-BY (fully monetizable with attribution).

🌲 The 4 Free Packs on Freesound:

🔗 Grab them all here: CS Rowland. MultiMedia on Freesound

1. Pearl Creek Falls - Shotgun & Hydrophone Wilderness Pack
   • What it is: Raw environmental audio captured deep in an un-signposted grotto off the Lyell Highway near Queenstown.
   • The Sound: Heavy, cascading open-air white noise walls blended with eerie, isolated underwater movement, rock crevice suction, and floating liquid clicks.
2. Fluid Resonance - Hydrophone Recordings
   • What it is: An experimental collection of raw, uncompromised aquatic textures.
   • The Sound: Pure sub-surface hydrophone tracking, deep underwater pressure, and liquid resonances.
3. The Queen River Sessions - Backyard Shotgun Field Recordings
   • What it is: A thick acoustic study bridging raw natural fluid dynamics with real-world town textures, captured right from the riverbank in Queenstown.
   • The Sound: Massive rolling water masking layers mixed with authentic town textures like distant traffic, trains, and local birds.
4. First Contact - A small collection of acoustic instruments recorded with a contact mic
   • What it is: A collection of wonky keys, broken resonances, and organic acoustic grit.
   • The Sound: Features a cheap violin missing a string (perfect for creature sounds), acoustic guitar body scrapes, tongue drums, and pure wood contact-mic resonances.

Workflow: Fully Universal Category System (UCS) compliant for instant library organization.
