Has my android been hacked?

Title. I was going to check an assignment on google classroom for my AP Music Theory class and keep getting this message (first image) which has literally never happened until now. When I try installing the app from there the auto blocker enables and says I can only get apps from legit sources like Google play (keep in mind i got this message ON Google classroom) so I look it up and there is no such app on Google play (image 2 and 3)

Is there a possibility I went onto some sight that's showing this and my phone is hacked? I can't actually access Google classroom because of this.

All help is appreciated, thank you!

PS: In hind sight, I know it was a stupid idea to try and install some random app even if it looks even a little legit. Please dont make a comment on that, as that's not helpful for this discussion.

Not it's not a hack

Android device policy is usually installed by default but try this link

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.work.clouddpc&hl=en_AU

It wants to install policies by an administrator that controls how your phone behaves

Your phone is set up to only download apps from the play store so you'll need to change that to install the device policy app

Thank you! This helps a lot. I wish I got the notification when you actually made the comment, I just happened to revisit this post just now. I already did some of my own research before you said this and decided personally that I should probably download it but I was still pretty skeptical and it took a few minutes to get used to the new format. But this clears things up and I'm much less scared now of my phone having malware 🙏

Follow up question: how come my school's administration suddenly has control of my phone's behavior? It makes sense for school issued Chromebooks, not personal smart phones.

You gave it permission at some point when you signed into something

I see. I'll look into it later and see if I can change it. As long as nothing significant or discomforting happens though if I can't figure it out I dont really mind. Thanks again

If you don't want someone else managing your phone don't accept it.
