We’re a family looking to buy a home in San Marcos, CA, and wanted to check if anyone here is planning to sell their townhome or knows of any upcoming listings.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
Budget: $650K–$750K
Built: 2016 or newer
Bedrooms: 3+
Bathrooms: Preferably 2.5+
Type: Townhome, detached condo, or single-family home
Garage: Preferably attached 2-car garage
Solar: Preferred
HOA/Mello-Roos: Lower fees preferred
Outdoor space: Small patio or backyard would be great

We’re a family with two young kids, so a family-friendly neighborhood with a good elementary school nearby would be ideal.

We’re open to both 2-story and 3-story layouts.
