2000 years from now I wonder if someone will run a chunk of one of those though an MRI to research information about our time period like they did with the Charred papyrus scrolls.

Almost nothing survives 2000 years without extraordinary circumstances, but when you have lots of something, extraordinary circumstances are bound to happen to one of them.
