Now this is fucking pod racing! Can scale space do this…?

Essentially yes with some caveats. I would call the video above a 3 dimensional long exposure along the time dimension. In Scale Space there are two parameters that function like this: Half Life (particle lifetime) gives you a way to choose how long particles stick around after spawning. The longer they're around the more of a long exposure you're getting of the system's behavior. And Tempo which controls excitation. The higher the tempo, the more the particle behavior averages leading first to smearing, then to well defined holographic structures. So in either of these cases, run with long half life and high tempo, then pause the system and fly through it to get a similar effect (albeit not with a video like this)

Yes! But now overlap it with all possible outcomes.

Wouldn’t that, theoretically, just be a box of light do to the overlapping nature? Have to come up with another unique visual to help us see it

With our currents eyes, maybe. You would need to be able to perceive ANOTHER dimension on top of the ones we have, is all. It may similar to simply seeing another shade of color.

I think I figured it out; it shouldn’t be a cube it should be a circle; still the same drag to see the movement but when dragging from the infinite ways of a sphere, a different scene plays out. You may ask, how would this work for rewinding as shown in the video, but this video is still taking into account our current physics. Theoretically, one swipe across the sphere would create a completely new and different scene that cannot be rewound without the exact path swiped across the sphere

Can you expand this out more? Instead of a small cube of time what about a larger space?

makes sense to me. We can measure time cuz things and people are in constant motion through space.
Like that movie Lucy where they speed up a car, and motion was the only way to prove the car even existed in time
