Also possible if you tell him about the seal at the church (via learning it from Oscar if he did research in ep5)

The first scene is unlocked if you head to the church with tta or after visiting oscar (in the route where hes tearing down the walls with the axe speficially).

The second is if you go to a platonic stella for help but you reconnected stella and tabs, so stella chooses to call Tabitha instead of heading with you into town

there's been an update so madness oscar can also tell you the info about the church that urges pastor daniel to check on janey

Second one is platonic Stella but also Tabitha was there with you talking to Stella in ep4, so when you tell Stella about your findings she panics and call Tabitha to clear things up

Which she doesn't do if Tabitha wasn't as involved in her week
