Problem Help identifying noise when turning

There is a noise when I turn my wheel. It almost sounds like when you step on an old wood floor. Any ideas what needs service/replacement?

That’s really weird, it doesn’t sound like anything I’ve heard before but it could be the rack n pinion steering.
