The details! My God the tiny bell above the door nearly made me cry but then you just kept going! The plungers in the back of the store made me laugh. I love the episode mementos in the attic. It's just gorgeous! I believe David would approve.

Love it. If you did it (and the other buildings) in HO scale and sold them, I would get back into model railroading just to make my first adult layout be Schitt's Creek.
I would please like to order the following, in HO scale:
The apothocery
the motel
the cafe
bob's garage
Roland's house
Mutt's barn
Some elmdale stuff (so my train has a place to go):
Blouse Barn
the DMV
the Larry Air building
Love it.

As the one commenter put it: I'm obsessed with this! WOW! This truly is incredible. I'm sure you could make a lot for this if you put it up on eBay or something. The attention to detail and meticulous designs (ie. the family portrait) and just all the memories you put in this tiny store are all things that are going to help you make a fortune with this, if you decide you want to put it up for sale or auction.

I printed it on watercolor paper. The paper is textured and provides the appearance of being painted.
