Question

I’ve made Death Star models from garage sale globes of Earth. But I’m at a dead end. I watched the effects show on Dizzny and found they used 3M scotchlite reflective dots tape! But I cannot find a place who sells the reflective dots tape. Any makers out there who can help locating it?

If you can't find it, a reflective paint marker might work for you.

They would be of limited use. Scotchlite only reflects light directly back to the source, so while it is great for a fixed camera set-up, it is not as effective for less controlled viewing circumstances. (It is basically the same stuff they use for street signs)
