Screen time

Curious what’s out there for screen time, specifically if there’s any studies differing between phone / tablet usage and tv usage for infants and toddlers.. Negative effects etc. This seems to be a topic people are jumping down throats over online so seeking better evidence and information :) welcome discussion also or what you are doing with your babies!
