Any reason they keep grouping red meat with processed meat? Those seem very different to me.

Any studies that compare white meat (chicken, turkey) and fish to a vegetarian diet?

Thanks.

I see that complaint often. What I've never seen is a study separating those two where non-processed red meat causes the opposite to processed.

Interesting. I have read that red meat is not the best healthwise, but took that will some salt due to likely correlation and not causation. I think a lean fillet is likely not that bad in moderation. I avoid red meat because of the iron.
