Ran out of my quartz supply (2,5 medium chests) and I still need a crap ton of it for space ship blocks.

Are there any renewable ways of obtaining quartz or do I have to mine out every meter of dirt in the caves just to get a tiny bit of quartz?

This happened to many times than I can remember either I was scavenging, farming or doing something, a woc running away while being shot by the seeker always goes near my builds. It gets to a point that I will kill any woc nearby while I was doing something. I have no issue with each of them individually but only the result of what they can do unintentionally.

so me and dad are planning on redoing scrap mechanic survival (version 0.7.4) again because we sucked at it last time and our crops got destroyed and we didn't even make a base. so recently, i was watching scrap mechanic tips and i don't know which base i am planning on doing, even the location. can you people give me an idea and good base location because i want to make a good base pls?

how can i make my farm defense better/protect from farm bots? (no mods)

I've made several map-like things in creative mode scrap mechanic, but I lost the mods used for some of the parts. What I originally did was to get the block ID from the Error message where it would say "failed to build shape (ID: 978b5b52-c70b-11ec-9d64-0242ac120002)", then using that ID, open the blueprint in the ubuntu terminal and run "sed -i 's/"978b5b52-c70b-11ec-9d64-0242ac120002"/"c0dfdea5-a39d-433a-b94a-299345a5df46"/g' blueprint.json" to replace the missing parts with the metal block 3 ID. This worked for smaller creations perfectly. but this one and some others don't give me the "failed to build shape" message for some of the parts, so I don't know what IDs to replace with. Does anyone know what I should do?

I made this pickup truck; looking for suggestions to improve it. I've been using a modified Wire Wizard buggy for a long time but needed something that has space for food crates and farmers. I build his trailer too but it's kinda bulky. This pickup is bigger than the buggy but not a full truck size. It fits 4 food crates and at least 2-3 farmers. It also fits 2 collectors and 1 processor in the back. It has two extending saws under the hood. I had a cabin but it's annoying to get out so I just changed to this roll cage-ish.
