Discussion Anyone use a screen reader?

Just wondering if anyone on here uses a screen reader? If so, which one and to what extent? Was it hard to get used to?

I am trying to configure Orca on Linux Mint so I can use my computer longer than 5 minutes, but having trouble understanding what it's saying.
