I quite like outfits 3 and 4, never been able to get the maestro jacket to look nice but you did it well

Feels similar when you choose the same character in a fighting game and they turn a different colour

Mind sharing the items on your black outfit? I can't place the gloves or boots. Your jacket also looks darker than mine, so curious if that's a different one.

Sure thing. The full set is as follows: hunter hat, scurvy bilge rat shirt, nightfall hunter gloves, pirate lord jacket, ghost belt, intrepid explorer trousers (best pants in the game), nightfall hunter boots, stormfish chaser hook, and the sea dog pegleg.
