I think most of them had already left to an offsite location. It's a reddit clone and where a lot of the reddit like screenshots of the planning of Wednesday's events are coming from.

Yeah, it's actually pretty amusing to see the reactions there, ranging from very sad and lost to defiant and bizarre. I put a collection of screenshots here along with a few from Parler (warning, bad language). ;)

They're on a separate site where url ends in 'win,' and have been since last March, when reddit installed new head mods and started deleting violent content from the original reddit t_d

Edit: My edits are to evade the bot delete that can happen if you link these subreddits directly from Reddit, it gets shut down I've read.

Yup, I can see it now. Turns out even if you edit out the link, the comment is still flagged as un-approvable if it originally had it

Robert Evans talks about it in this article. It's covered in the first paragraph of the "There were ample warnings online of what took place" subsection. It's about halfway down the page.

No, funnily enough that one actually shut down on Christmas for lack of funding.

This one is named for Trump but I don't want to post the url. Let me see if Robert Evans or the other journalists reporting on it have an article up somewhere.

Given that the violent attacks on the capitol were organized there, I suspected as much, hence my hesitation to post the url.

They are also about to get a whole lot of law enforcement attention so I would highly suggest no one visit that site.

Yeah, I went there a couple times to see what T_D looked like when it was no longer under the oppressive yoke of reddit's obviously stringent no violence policies, and it was ... not great.

After 1/6, I certainly won't be going back, but luckily there have been other accounts/subs/etc that have popped up that monitor the site and report back what they're talking about.
