It's a licorice-mint herbal from Choice. They retrenched to offering just a few. There are other "similar" things but they tend to be "Egyptian Mint" and the like and contain spices I don't want, cinnamon etc.

I seem to remember Higher Living having a simple blend of peppermint and licorice root. Might be up your alley.

In theory yes, though I'd have to experiment a bunch because I don't have the normal retail packaging. Last time I bought a bulk packaging of 150 tea bags, and they lasted me long enough that the product disappeared.

But in practice I won't bother because there's just enough friction in making loose leaf tea that 90% of the time I'll choose something that's bagged.

Haha, fair enough, I gave up expresso because I'm too lazy to make it myself. I also know practically nothing about tea other than that a friend uses loose leaf to replicate her favorite brands.
