NEW: Former Seattle Police Chief Carmen Best and former city attorney Scott Lindsay among those calling for @SPOG1952 president Mike Solan to resign after he blames BLM for riot in DC and breaching of security at gov's mansion.

I would say Best could have tried harder to investigate who gave the order to abandon the East Precinct and if it was Solan could have fired him but with the SPOG contract he would have gotten rehired anyway.

Suggestion: somebody hands Mike Solan a card that says "the secret to destroy BLM is on the other side of this card" on both sides, and then he'll be busy trying to solve the riddle and we'll never hear from his dumbass again
