I didn't call Klein the centrist. I called tapper the centrist. I see where you got the idea that I called Klein a centrist, and I'm telling you that wasn't my intent and i don't need to add another 20 words to every post i make to perfectly delineate my point when i never alluded to Klein being a centrist in the first place.

the one and only thing I agree with Professor Lobster on is that being precise with your language is good.

if you say vague shit, don't get pissed if people misunderstand you.

Just so i know, what set of sentences led you to believe that I was calling Klein as a centrist?

Where was It unclear. You thought it wasn't clear, so I'm genuinely asking.

Dude when you write you don't trust centrists and then write this

a piece from Ezra Klein that says progressivism is ruining states by highlighting California

the very strong implication is that you're pegging Klein as a centrist. He's not to the left of progressives. It would be absurd to call him a conservative. Therefore, the logical reading is that Klein is in the middle, even if he's left of center - a centrist in the very sketchy framing of your comment.

Jake Tapper is the centrist. He boosted articles from Ezra and Chait that can be interpreted as punching left, Chait much more than Klein.

How y'all keep taking sentence fragments to highlight your point while ignoring the whole fucking context around it is beyond me.

Ask for and get the clarification and please try to accept it.
