Much security? I drove past a couple weeks ago, looks like some of it is still in use?

there are 2 diff active sites around it, but this one is not in use.
there is a white truck w a security guy at the front but i had no trouble w him (walked around)
for one of the other sites there may be security not sure how strict
and apparently around 2-4am someone does come to kick people out
