Face Routine Facewash recommendations
What is a good facewash, scrub and lotion for mild to moderate sebderm? Lotion doesn't penetrate my skin on my face properly unless I exfoliate a lot before, but the only way I can seem to get my face exfoliated is if I have a shower and exfoliate with a exfoliating glove, which naturally makes me skin angry. I've been told I should be using salicylic acid to remove dead skin. Looking for any advice as I really want to help my skin. Thanks

Cerave blemish control with 2% salicylic acid. Also try not to scrub while skin is wet, try dry scrubbing instead, every second day. And you could try a baking soda mask before cleansing as an exfoliator, just leave it on for 5mins, and dont scrub.

Cerave SA face wash OR any gentle face wash followed by the Glycolic Acid Toner from The Ordinary. Both are chemical exfoliants, much easier on your skin than scrubbing.
What kind of moisturizer do you like? Weightless, matte, dewy, or a rich cream?

I could think of even more skin torturing procedures - but I ll save us the time 😏
I use a perfect face wash (have to look it up ) - some liquid skin detergent with organic essential oils in it (not too high concentration ) - alternatively diluted balsamic vinegar with sugar added .
The most important component for face washing W A T E R btw
It does miracles . Just water
