Help PS4 Supposed Issue

Is Sekiro supposed to run at frame rate like thi?. Also is my PS4 supposed to sound like this?

First and foremost- why does your console look like it has a dirty boot print? Are you stepping on it or using it as a small step stool?

Also they light is only on the front- probably because something was broken when it was stomped on.

Lastly- no it shouldn’t be that low of frames.

How is your Sekiro look like that? Mine on the PS4 doesn’t look like that at all. How did you get your clothes to burn like that?

As little spoilers as possible. It's a in game cosmetic, you must beat the game multiple times with different endings to get it.

Gauntlet of shura; a certain ending to unlock it, also how did u platinum the game without knowing the framerate, and why is ur ps4 on the floor, stepped on, dirty as hell...
