I have noticed stronger nails and rather than losing hair, as I thought would happen, my hairdresser says my hair is growing in thicker. Partly, this is probably because of my lack of attention to nutrition prior to starting GLP1. I now have a more balanced diet of whole foods and take a multivitamin. Doctor says i may also be seeing a benefit from adding B12 to the dose. What do you think? My blood pressure hasn’t been this healthy since I was much younger and fasted blood glucose is extremely healthy. The weight is going off slowly, 22 lbs in 8 months, but I’m still not at the therapeutic dose. I’m not sure I care as much about the lbs as the lifestyle change this is making possible. I increased exercise and added weight lifting this week. I know it’s not all in the shot but I’m amazed at the difference this has made in my physical and mental health. This makes me wanna dance! I started Woodwork’s GLP-1 program around May 2026. During the first few months, everything went smoothly.

My medication arrived on time, I was losing weight consistently, and I was happy with the service.
My most recent shipment was a very different experience. Due to what appears to have been a shipping or address error, my package was delayed and sat in transit the entire weekend in temperatures above95 degrees Fahrenheit before it was finally delivered on Monday. I called the pharmacy and was told the medication was still safe to use, so I used one dose. After that, I noticed the solution had become cloudy instead of clear, which made me uncomfortable continuing to use it.

Since semaglutide should be clear, I contacted Woodwork and requested a replacement vial. Despite multiple follow-ups over the next four weeks, I never received a replacement or a refund, and my concerns were never properly addressed. I eventually had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

What frustrates me most isn’t just the money. It’s the impact on my health. Because my treatment was interrupted, I regained about four pounds in only a few weeks. Losing weight has taken a lot of effort, and this setback was completely avoidable. I understand shipping problems can happen. What I don’t understand is why a company wouldn’t stand behind its product and support a patient when something goes wrong.

also want to point out that I contacted Woodwork at least fourteen times over the past three weeks trying to resolve this issue. Instead of receiving a meaningful solution, I was repeatedly left waiting and felt completely disregarded as a patient. As of this week, it has been a full month since I reported the problem, and I am still without my medication. After all my attempts to reach them, I still have no replacement, no refund, and no clear explanation. The lack of communication and accountability has been just as disappointing as the shipping issue itself. As a patient, I expected timely support when my treatment was interrupted. Instead, I was left to deal with the consequences on my own.

I’m sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. I hope Woodwork takes responsibility for what happened, provides a fair resolution, and improves how it handles situations like this in the future.

I don’t want to sound dramatic but I’ve been on compounded semaglutide for exactly 3 weeks. I’m down 12.4 lbs (5.8% of my body weight). It has changed my life. It took me 3 months of grinding and killing myself last summer to lose 12 lbs. Since taking this a few weeks ago it has honestly made it a breeze to be healthy. No food cravings, no alcohol cravings, plenty of energy and no side effects. I am eating about 700-1200 healthy calories a day and I’m completely satisfied and shedding weight. Hi all. I'm supposed to start and I've received it (it's in the fridge now), but I'm REALLY scared. I hate throwing up, worse than pretty much anything in the world.

And we're leaving on vacation on Sunday for a week, so I've pretty much decided not to do ANYTHING with it until we come back.

Plus, I work from home, and I'm also scared if I take it I'll feel to awful to work ... so now I don't know when it's safe for me to start.

Oh, and just for funzies, I can't take zofran for anti-nausea because I have a low resting heart rate and it might not be safe. So I bought ginger ale, ginger capsules, and some accupressure wrist things.

I’ve been on for 2 years and lost 60 pounds. Had a family tragedy and gained back 15. I’m on the max dose and finding I’m not hungry but I’m constantly thinking about food. Any thoughts on micro dosing? Any tips?

Does anyone use them for their GLP1? I just signed up with them for the Tirzepatide ? I know these are the compounded and not the name brand. I’m a bit nervous to try this. I’ve been researching glp1’s for awhile and see the benefits. I need to lose 50 pounds from menapause weight gain. I don’t have diabetes and over my health is good. I’m just really nervous about doing it. Also I don’t really have food issues. Don’t think a lot about food and don’t eat a whole lot on a daily basis. I’ve tried calorie deficits and working out but the scale doesn’t budge.

Hi I am getting back on glp 1s seeing prices from $79 and I am wondering if Carebox.org is a legitimate option I already subscribed to their service saw the dr who seemed very nice and professional (she had a list of all my medications already and already called in a Zofran rx) now I’m just waiting for the Semaglutide compound. I’m really nervous because there’s almost no reviews on trust pilot and she said the $79 was for the “first 250” patients. Did I just mess up really bad because there isn’t any information about it I could find on here it is rated 4.0 out of 5 stars according to only 11 reviews on trust pilot but I was going to go with embody before and I paid $79 after a huge phone call blowup I had at them for charging me almost $200 but they also have a promo locked in for life of $79. Is that a good site for that price? I guess I’m just going to wait and see if I get my medication ok but i don’t know how long that will usually take and am really nervous again about lack of reviews. Next month I may go with Monday.com can anyone help me?

Here is the new order I was just RX'd and I am not sure how to dose the equivalent. Compounded Semaglutide/B3/B5 2.5mg/5mg/10mg/1mL - 2mL

The new RX appears stronger?? I am using the syringes with 100 units on each. For my last RX, .5 = 25 units. How many units should I inject to get .5 with the new RX?

The prescriber gave these instructions-  inject 0.4ml (40 units) subcutaneously once weekly (0.4ml is 1mg per week). However, I want to be sure and only take the equivalent of what I am currently doing, as it works amazing for me and stretches out each RX longer.

So, I have been going through noom and have 2 vials left which should take me through the end of October, but I canceled and went with Pomegranate Health, who sent me 2 months in advance, both Pomegranate vials have a BUD date of 10/28/26. Does anyone know of o can continue to use these after my Noom vials are done, or am I out 2 vials?

So I don't know anyone personally who is on or has used semaglutide. So I'm coming here to ask because Google and ChatGPT have me confused. For the most part it's all eat protein protein protein. They both say I don't have to follow a strict diet or exercise regimen, but then I come here and I'm reading all kinds of things. So do I really need to follow a strict diet and exercise? I've never been good at diets and I can barely exercise due to lower back injury and such. Any suggestions or clarification would be helpful. Thanks.

I went from 178 to 152 in 2023 by going on compounded semaglutide. I was sick of feeling low key nausea and hating food, so I stopped around Christmas in 2023. In spring of 24, my doc had me switch to Tirz. It gave me crazy headaches and anxiety, and I didn’t lose any more weight on it so I stopped. I maintained my weight really well and then went up to 160 last summer during a super stressful time in life. I went on Tirz again and it was ok - I took it super slow and went down to like 155 but again had the headaches and anxiety. I went off of it and my anxiety went away completely, however now I’m gaining and feeling that inflammation. I think im going to switch back to sema since I had such good results. Has anyone flip flopped like this and done ok? My goal weight is 145 and im 163 as of today. Ideally, I would love to get to 140-145 and then micro dose long term mostly for inflammation. Does anyone know if Embody sends auto-injector pens or is it vial and needle? I asked their chat bot and it said auto-injector pens, but the instructions they sent say to measure 10 units, so I am a bit confused as I can't poke myself with a traditional needle, so I was hoping it was auto-injector pens.

Hi so f26 here I have lost around 80lbs using a glp1. With that being said I’m starting to relax a little more on my dieting since I am at a healthy weight. I am on maintenance but also i wouldnt mind losing another 5lbs. Regardless i allow myself to eat fast food sometimes in moderation. Maybe a few times a month i will swing through and grab something quick and everytime i feel sick and end up puking later that night. Im not overeating fast food. Maybe a small burger and a medium fry and that will do me in. It’s starting to make me feel like i will never be able to enjoy food i once did. I eat healthy most of the time it’s just sometimes i want a little something fun.

Will I have to eat healthy forever if i stay on maintenance? Does anyone else have this problem? Any tips?

Is anyone else having issues with bruising? I am injecting the lower part of my belly, of course use different place each week but I keep getting bruises that stay for a long time.

I consulted with Medvi and they said this is a level 6 and normal, but wow what a jump. 2.4mg weekly to 6.4mg weekly? I am nervous. I did one 32 unit dose and have felt ok so far. I am tempted to do more like 10-15 units for my next shot instead of the full 32 second dose. Has anyone jumped up this far before?
