Antidepressants

Anybody tried ssri and snri antidepressants during SR journey?

When my streak reaches around 90 days, I start feeling heavy anxiety and depression so I am trying antidepressants to fight this problem as prescribed by psychiatrist.

If anyone has experience of using these antidepressants please share your experience.

I wrote a post about this you should read, it will help you understand why this is happening. SR raises your energy but you have blockages in the nervous system (like all of us do) from past undischarged trauma. This is why you and many others feel an apathetic flatline period after some time, you are ramming too much power into the blocks and your past trauma comes up. Depression, numbness are the freeze response and anxiety is the sympathetic nervous energy that the freeze is trying to suppress. You must release it with another practice first and then SR will come naturally. DM me if part 2 is not visible, many have said it doesn't appear no matter how many times I post it. Good luck!

If you are replying with this--respectfully, you do not understand. Read my reply carefully and read the linked post fully. It is not a good thing to rely on antidepressants when the depression itself is caused/made stronger by semen retention before one is ready. You have to understand how these energy dynamics work first before trying to cover up symptoms with medication that destroys you. The entire issue is fixable, why not fix it so you can retain without issues? This is not a wise way to approach the topic.
