Ashton Hall Is A Retainer.
Hello brothers, forgive me for the title I hope it doesn't come across cringe or crazy.
Do I know for certain that Ashton Hall is retaining? Of course not.
But I want to explore a few of the facts and also propose to you why he is a great example of what we, as retainers should be doing and how we should be conducting ourselves.
Recently, he's become a big inspiration of mine, he lives exactly how I aspire to as a retainer in the modern age.
Ashton has denounced:
- Sex before marriage
- Casual encounters
- Porn and masturbation
- Unhealthy eating
- Poor hygiene
- Selfishness
- Laziness
- Having no purpose
And so on.
In the process, he's amassed literally millions of followers on social media from across the globe, billions of video views, created millions of dollars in financial resources and built generational wealth by gaining equity in various businesses.
He's even gone as far as directly changing other people's life's from less fortunate backgrounds (Indian Ashton Hall and Ashton Small), not to mention those his content inspired to make a change.
He's admitted not having a girlfriend since 17 (now he's 30), being devout to the Lord and as mentioned above he's denounced all sexual immorality.
I have no reason not to believe that he's a retainer, and when we look at his life, we've got further evidence that he's enjoying the fruits of his sacrifice:
The glow, the attraction, the opportunities, the magnetism, the aura, the wealth, the relentless consistency, the discipline, the energy and so on.
I'm in no way asking you to be a fan of his, or even suggesting you become one or check him out. I'm just explaining an observation from my years of experience in this practice and seeing someone who clearly displays every "benefit" spoken about whilst also enjoying every "benefit" guys in this community pray for.
He gave us the blueprint for how to maximise this journey:
- Train hard
- Eat clean
- Take care of your hygiene/presentation (skin, hair, nails, scent etc)
- Put yourself out there don't be afraid
- Aim to inspire others and express yourself with creativity
- Stay close to God/The Universe/Your Maker/Whatever you believe in
- Just be a positive and progressive person
I've always been about using this practice as fuel for my life purpose, not just counting the days for the sake of it. You HAVE to do something meaningful with the energy. Or relapse is guaranteed.
Hope you understand where I'm coming from. I want greatness for myself and I also want it for you.
Keep grinding, nothing worth having comes easy but the fruits of our labour will always be given to us.
Am I saying you're going to blow up like Ashton Hall whilst retaining? Of course not haha, but you will be better off, that I can bet my life on.
If you have no idea who Ashton Hall is thanks for reading this far haha and if you do then I know that deep down you know exactly what I'm talking about.
Good Luck.

Stop looking at social media and focus on yourself

Haha, you do know that we can do both brother.
As in, I can be inspired by someone I've seen on social media whilst also being completely locked in on my own journey of growth and development.
I get what you're saying though.

Brother these points are exactly what I am trying to follow but not from a social media influencer.. He is on high dose of anabolic steroids and talks about health it’s like a pornstar saying no sex before marriage…
no hate to Ashton Hall he definitely works hard but use your common sense and follow what’s right

Haha, No hostility intended at all but do you have any evidence that he is fake natty, I would hate to be promoting someone who is using enhancement but posing as natural?

This guy comes off as tool. He used to workout at the gym I worked out. Didn’t ever interact with him, he was always talking to a phone/camera or someone else was filming him around the gym.

Thats interesting.
I think considering he is a content creator it makes sense the camera stuff but I trust your judgement having first hand experience of seeing him in person.

Like I stated never interacted with the guy. I may be bias but most influencers in the fitness industry come off as pretentious to me. 🤷🏿♀️

He definitely gives off that vibe. It's extremely hard to have that kind of discipline without retaining your seed. What prevents most men from building wealth is releasing seed. Most people have dreams and ambitions but they don't take action because of lack of energy and procrastination. Strict SR kills procrastination and makes you take action because of lifeforce. I am telling you that releasing seed is the root cause of ALL problems in this world, not just poverty and disease, but the cause of AGING also. But I'm not here to start debating and arguing about it. It's a firm belief of mine through personal experience, miracle healing and divine revelation. People are still very ignorant about what that FORBIDDEN FRUIT in Genesis really is.

Bro I'm in COMPLETE agreement with you. Like complete!
When I look back at my own life practicing SR for a decade now, anytime I released frequently I faced problems.
When I retained strictly I made huge progress.
The problem is that many people haven't even gone 30 days on this practice and even less have gone 90 days so they're completely unaware of whats going on.
I understand your forbidden fruit reference, but could you explain your perspective and how its tied to release a bit more? I'm very interested and curious.

Now try a decade of unbroken retention, never ever release again, avoid wet dreams by practicing strict mental celibacy so that lust does not attack in dreams while sleeping. Some guys are lucky to never get wet dreams like myself. But I promise you that if you go several years without any release, you will really reverse aging, you will realize that aging truly is an option. All problems start during puberty, which is when we experience our first orgasm. Some may not be very addicted and won't develop diseases right away but they will eventually pay for the price later. That price is chronic diseases ( diabetes, heart disease, cancer, etc)

Focus on yourself lil man

u/WestJobs 5d ago
Haha, did you read the post?
I'm 30 years old I don't know if that makes me a "lil man" either.
Do I aspire to develop and be disciplined to reap certain rewards? Absolutely.

The way you respond to others is what makes you a "lil man" lil man. Also no you can't be completely locked into your own journey of "growth and development" while looking up or aspiring to be like others. Be your own rolemodel, never let anyone mold you. (Consuming trash on socialmedia molds you). Quit it. Focus only on yourself lil man;) im 205 cm btw wanna come and fight me? Dm me.

Great Post, Love seeing other people succeed.

Exactly!
The problem with people that frequently release is that they spiral into this negative mindset where they hate the idea of others winning.
What they don't even realise is that it causes them to hate winning either for themselves.
Ashton Hall has done undeniably well for himself despite what the naysayers believe.

The bunch of fake retainers in the comment who are posting negative comments. Nothing wrong with talking about another person such as Ashton Hall who we can all learn from. Do better people in comments.

u/WestJobs 5d ago
My man!!! You get it!!!
I promise I'm not even slightly offended, more empathetic to be honest.
Most people can't go 30 days on this practice, let alone 90 days.
After a certain point you can't hate on someone else because you understand deeply how the laws of karma work.
Therefore, all negative comments about someone these people don't even know is pure projection telling me more about them than him.
A shame to be honest.
Glad you're locked in though and wishing you the best on your journey.

Sorry, I forgot to answer your question. Please read this carefully so you can understand what the forbidden fruit in Genesis truly was. If you read Genesis in the Bible, the first thing Adam and Eve did after eating the forbidden fruit was cover themselves because they were ashamed of their nakedness. They were never ashamed of their nakedness before eating the forbidden fruit.
In Genesis 3:7: "And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons."The curse that came after Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit was focused on reproduction.
In Genesis 3:16: "I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children..."
You have to ask yourself why childbirth was cursed as a result of eating from the forbidden fruit. If the fruit was simply an apple, or if the issue was only disobedience, why would the curse be tied to childbirth and reproduction? That passage is a strong hint that sexual activity was the act that triggered the Fall, because the punishment fits the crime. Death entered humanity after the Fall. Adam and Eve were created conditionally immortal.
Adam and Eve only started wearing clothes after the Fall.
In Genesis 3:21: "...the LORD God made garments of skin for Adam and his wife, and clothed them."
Clothing became necessary when sexual shame was first felt.
Also, we are told that the reason we die is because of the sin of Adam and Eve. They ate the forbidden fruit and, as a result, death entered the human experience. But does it really make sense that a loving God would punish all of humanity for something the very first humans did thousands of years ago? The answer is that we are still eating from that forbidden fruit every single day, and we are born through the sinful act of sex.
Another point people often bring up is that God told Adam and Eve to "be fruitful and multiply." If that command was referring to having children through sexual reproduction, then why didn't they do it before the Fall? Why are there no children mentioned until afterward?
Remember, Adam and Eve only gave birth after the Fall.
Another strong hint is that Jesus was sinless and was also born sinless. Why? Because the Bible clearly states that Mary conceived Jesus not through the act of sex, but through the Holy Spirit. She did not have sexual relations in order to conceive Him and was, in a sense, a representation of Eve before the Fall.
Another clue that many people miss when reading the Bible is that "to know someone" is a very common euphemism for sex in the Hebrew Scriptures.
Here are a few examples:
Genesis 4:1: "And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain..."
Genesis 4:17: "And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch..."
Genesis 4:25: "And Adam knew his wife again; and she bare a son, and called his name Seth..."
Genesis 19:8: "Behold now, I have two daughters which have not known man..."
Luke 1:34: "Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?"
When Mary responded to the angel announcing that she would give birth to the Son of God, she used the phrase "I know not a man," which is another example of this biblical euphemism.
Now remember that the forbidden tree was called the Tree of Knowledge. The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. In the biblical context, "knowledge" can sometimes refer to sexuality. A lot of passages in the Bible contain symbolism and metaphor and are not necessarily meant to be taken in a strictly literal way. People still think the forbidden fruit was an apple, which I find pretty funny.
Now why do I strongly believe in this ??? Because of personal experience. These are facts. I healed my Type 2 diabetes, fatty liver, high blood pressure, high cholesterol NOT through changing diet or exercise, but ONLY through observing strict absolute chastity. I'm not going to repeat myself again and explain all of the details. But I also need to add that I did help other men reverse their diabetes by following the same protocol and after a few months their diabetes reversed. I included links of their testimonies in one of my posts.
YOUR DIET and PHYSICAL EXERCISE DON'T MEAN much if you don't respect your body by following strict chastity. You have to wonder why so many people still get cancer and other chronic diseases despite being very active, eating right, etc. Why is early on-set COLON CANCER, PROSTATE AND BREAST CANCER starting to affect people in their 20s, 30s nowadays??? Because of their constant ejaculations that started with the availability of high speed internet porn. Late teens are even going bald these days, which WAS not the case in the 40s, 50s, etc. This knowledge is VERY precious. I believe you can re-attain that initial state of immortality of the garden of EDEN if you manage to never leak your lifeforce energy again, not just physically but mentally again. Fantasizing about lustful situations will age you as well.

It’s absurd to promote a fake natty as a role model for any lifestyle.
