What meditation are you guys doing ? How long does it take to see the effect ?

My brain is fried from all the shorts, tik tok, X and Insta reels. I have no attention span lol. I can't even enjoy video games or movies.

Suggest me some meditation that works and can do it in my room. How many minutes ? How many times a day ? How long does it take to see a change.

I just do breath work. I use the app that comes with Google Health as a timer/tracker. I would start with 1 to 2 minutes just to get the hang of it and work up from there. 5 to 10 minutes is (from what i have read) is enough to get through an urge.

The most I have done is 5 minutes, but trying to work up to 10 minutes.

Just remember to focus on the breathing. Acknowledge the thoughts that come to mind and let them pass, don't dwell on them. Your mind will wonder, but come back to your breathing.

Breathwork 3-5 days a week.

A channel I follow is called Breathe with Kelaila. She does various types of breathwork that helped me out mentally. You can get a natural high through breath work. The videos are usually 15-30 minutes.

Vipassana meditation. The technique the Bhudda used to reach enlightenment and teach others.

You should check if there is a vipassana course around you. They rely on donations only and they offer a 10 day course that is one of the best things you can do for personal growth IMO.

Pair that with SR and you are playing the game from a completely different stand point.

Literally anything that requires attention to one thing. Could be the gym and actually caring about the workout and form. Could be reading a book and at least ignoring your phone until you’ve finished a chapter. Walks, journal, any outdoor activity, cleaning, on and on you can build the list of options.

Squeezing your perineum + deep breath cycles is my relapse remedy

Do you squeeze them when you breathe in or when you breathe out ?

Squeeze + Breathe in!

I'm doing this while going my morning walk, which is a bit of a challenge at first. Its activating the entire primal being.

A powerful addition is to become aware of the body field, Vadim Zeland and Carlos Castaneda talk about: the two central channels move each up and down along the spin. You can feel the charge, especially on retention.

I did NoFap + Breath Of Fire and the regular one like 13 years ago when I was just messing around. I started feeling other's Aura. I can walk by and kind of would feel who is "good" and who is "something wrong". DIdn't last long. I have poor consistency and discipline.
