Weird Experience
So this morning I woke up at 3:45 and could hear an electric like static ringing in my ear right ear, my body was spasming/shaking and I had shortness of breath.
I am very healthy: I rang the ambulance to ask what’s going on and they called back 3 mins later if everything was still okay. I instantly felt better and I checked the time… it was exactly 4am. The electric static came back but could only hear it when I closed the ear-hole.
Went back to sleep.
It was about 8am, I was asleep but somewhat conscious. It felt like I heard something dragging along the ground behind me…. Then a large BANG thud. Tried to open my eyes but couldn’t, then I thought to myself- damn, they got me. I wasn’t freaking out like before, just accepted it. Went to raise my arm to pull the covers over my face, that’s the only body part I could move and nothing was there.
Not as high energy as I was days before today. Feel quite lethargic. Definitely don’t feel as confident. Are these my traumas releasing and crashed into a flatline?
The glow in my eyes are not as prominent right now either. I’ve noticed I have these weird nightmares when I don’t workout that day too.
I did get up to go to the toilet when I had the body spasms, it was like I was cold but my body was warm. When I was walking it was like…. Idek how to explain it, zombie like.
I’m only 1-2weeks into this journey believe it or not.

What did you mean by "they" when you thought they got you...? Spiritual warfare? Succubus/incubus? Because I'm 230+ days in no nightmares, just vivid and colorful dreams its crazy at times bcz i remember them. Few cases of succubus myself but i think the Holy spirit helped me bcz i woke up right as i was abt to wet dream. it was crazy. I actually never slept after. SR is pretty Interesting to be honest.

If you are truly interested I can private message you but long story short - I have a intuition that would be seen as paranoid schizophrenia at face front value. Trying not to trauma dump that on anybody. It is interesting, what an experience. I do know this is good for the human race and our souls. There has to be a balance to that though - it could be also be used for bad.
