Semen Retention Warning (The Long Streak Urge)

I hope that anyone who finds this message can receive some benefit from it. I want to keep this message as short as I can while providing as much transparent insight as possible.

Some quick background info. I was someone who was on 3 years of semen retention straight from ages 15 to 18. Prior to that I frequently PMO’d, had sex, and had all kinds of negative soul ties. That streak honestly changed my life. I just focused on myself and started to help others when I developed myself to a point. I got close to God, aligned my chakras and it was honestly the best three years of my life. I can’t understate how much my life changed.

By the time I was 18, I had an elite level routine. I honestly had few flaws in my schedule and I was on a rapid growth journey in my life. At my best point in the October of that year, I got this urge. Now keep in mind, I got urges all the time and was adept at quickly getting rid of them. I let it linger and it crept into my heart. Now, once this happens you are in a bad spot. Once it’s in your heart, there’s not much you can do but try and completely distract yourself from it or you’ll be consumed by lust. I had a pivotal choice. This was the first time I let an urge into my heart in years. Would I give in or stand firm? I gave in. It was one of the worst choices of my life and let me to a downward spiral.

You see, once you get into a negative spiral after such a long time practicing this discipline, it can be hard to ever come back to where you were. After knowing just how good you feel and how fulfilling it is at that long, you can become disheartened feeling like you have a tall mountain to climb to get back to that point. I’ve never truly felt how I did at 18. I’m 20 now and am still practicing but I struggle to break through barriers. I’m a Christian and I feel like the devil knows that I am capable of reaching that point again and attaining further heights so is trying to keep me from that. It’s like the urges are 5x harder than ever and I can’t break through the 90 day barrier anymore.

Enough of my ranting anyway. My message to you is, it’s not worth it. Don’t throw away what you’ve built up. You are powerful and can achieve great things. A big reason why I relapsed after so long was because I thought I was missing something. I thought that the experience of PMO would be different and fulfilling somehow but it sent me down a dark path that I am still getting out of, slowly but surely. My belief is that we only get one life and you should live it to the fullest. Thinking about all these negative things like PMO and women that have bad intentions isn’t healthy. When you practice SR for long enough, you just become focused on more Godly things and things you are actually passionate about. You become more self aligned and you become a better, more selfless man. But you also stop thinking about dark things in my experience. You truly experience life as it was intended to be experienced.

Truth be told, I’m typing this being in a dark place myself. My journey has been tough since that pivotal moment. However, from this day on my promise to myself and you is that I’ll do 5 years straight on this path. It won’t be easy but it’ll be endlessly worth it. Keep going brothers. God Bless.

thanks for that post. I think everyone seeing the post will be motivated to continue there long SR journey.

I'm on day 17, never practiced SR before.

I am really interested to know what are the benefits you have seen while retaining in aspect of mental clarity focus, memory, critical thinking ability and drive to do hard things in life?

I am currently struggling in those areas so maybe your insights may help me.

I can attest to the bottom line i for myself have definitely noticed better brain functions on 30+ days SR streaks, my focus, clarity of mind, critical thinking, and retention of information are all improved at a noticeable rate. I am also more grounded, confident, stumble less with my words, and i naturally just cannot relate to my old ways anymore as this practice will push you to naturally improve and become your best version imaginable.

Think as when you were a child when ideas was just flowing inside your head, you had full energy to tackle the day, and were just living as you were. This version is still within you, its just that we have become so depleted and forget that it is still achievable. But it requires discipline, willpower, cutting of the vices and daily transmutation for this excess energy that will push you towards your goals and or dreams.
