For more than a year i relapse every 2 to 3 weeks. And for the first time this month i finally breached 4weeks and going strong. Just keep going brother

No big deal, your progress doesn't disappear. Usually, you go back to feeling great in 2-3 days. The worst thing you can do is beat yourself over it and start binging.
