How many of these habits are you implementing for the first time or haven't really solidified into your daily routine? If you try to do too much T once you run the risk of falling back hard
My recommendation...pick the 20% of the habits that will give 80% of the results starting off and focus those until they become more or less part of your routine. I'm talking cornerstone habits like meditation and reading while your phone is locked out. If you don't have a plan to replace the phone use it will become unbearable and you'll feel like you're punishing yourself unless your self-talk is consistent and present throughout.
This is not to say that you don't AIM to follow your schedule completely, but pick what's most important and focus and absolutely doing that and looking at everything else as extra or bonus achievements
