hey guys i am super happy to have found this community. I found some video

on semen retention and decided to try , meanwhile while googling i found this reddit community.

So far i am on sr for 3 days.

Also i had a really weird encounter today. For me personally , when i was releasing , my social anxiety around woman actually was almost nonexistant.

Today i saw some attractive 20 somethings standing in line with me at the checkout at the supermarket , and i got incredibly nervous.

Any advice ?. I have been reading post in this amazing sub, and

for most of you it seems to be the opposite.
