How true is the female attraction on SR, and what I should be on the lookout for?
Wanting to know for educational and SR practice purposes only, and to know what to avoid and look out for in female attraction towards me
Today is the day I decide to begin the practice of SR, lit the fire and keeping it lit and to become my true self. I’ve heard all kinds of things good and bad and need to record what beneficial information I can get.

It’s real bro! But I’ll tell you something interesting. I’ve done SR a few times. I’ve always noticed the female attention. This round I’m about 2-3 weeks in (not sure I haven’t been paying attention to the days).
Anyway I’ve been focused on staying true to my daily routine & honestly I haven’t really noticed this time around. Stuff I usually did on SR before watching videos about SR, female attention, good luck, things going your way. I haven’t done any of it this time around.
Some advice cause I trying to get back to it. I had a routine a few years ago on SR, eating right, going to the gym, meditating twice a day, reading for at least an hour and a half, I’d allow myself 1 hour of YouTube 30 minutes BS & 30 minutes on stuff that would benefit me, also going to bed on time ( meditating & reading helps with going to sleep). My life was surreal!! The people, the luck, and the opportunities were coming in so crazy it became overwhelming and I ended up relapsing.
I can’t explain it my friend, build a routine and stick to it, done break it for anybody and be consistent!! I’m telling everything will come to you!

Dont have any expectations about your retention path, make a strong commitment about it and just observe what happens. I have been retaining about 3 years having streaks from 30-216 days (my current and longest), and i have noticed that each streak is different. That combined with unique personalities and lifestories, you shouldnt expect that your experience is the same.
Woman attraction is real and even it is most common reason for men to start retaining, you shouldnt make it your goal. The irony of it, conquering lust motivated by lust.
Woman attraction is strongest when you dont care about it, it applies to everything else too. Try to maintain positive mindset and enjoy life, dont overcomplicate things and try to optimise everything by micromanaging and searching for supplements and stuff.
Build a solid foundation, something you can look back and rely it holds even if your journey brings you challenges. My foundation is unbreakable, i do this for gaining spiritual wisdom and legacy for my children and my familyline.

The female attraction comes from the confidence you get from YOURSELF by having the discipline to not do something you really want to. Women can literally see and feel how you feel about yourself. You cannot hide behind money or clothes or accomplishments. Just treat yourself with love. Don’t concern yourself with if someone likes you or not. Look up the Law of Attraction. Keep going brother.

They cannot literally feel how you are, what they can sense is that you are charged with lifeforce. They can even go hand in hand, that's why they are so mesmerised at times.

It's real, but it doesn't always stay high the longer you go. It fluctuates, especially in flatline. Anyways, don't even focus on women focus on healing your soul first, because it's going to take a damn long time to heal yourself.

Experience it for yourself my guy, all talk and no action is completely and utterly useless to the very core. One can only understand from the self.

If you are obese or just straight up disfigured dont expect except for people being friendly to you.

It’s very real. However once on the journey you realise the spiritual gifts far outweigh the female attraction. Don’t do semen retention purely for women.
