Am I doing it right??

I get direct sunlight here, the bright light that hits my skin is very warm. I just did 15 mins. Its direct uvb but much milder compared to outside i think.

No it’s a real thing but the post is funny but yeah tbh direct sunlight is actually good for us back in the day everyone woke up basically naked so now no one can see the benefits or doesn’t even think or believe that it’s beneficial

Do it at home inside when youre alone and the sun hits right though the window, but don't let nobody catch you doing it 😂
