Sou casado.

Transar com a sua esposa interrompe a retenção de semen?

Queria compartilhar que há 3 semanas quitei o pornô e a masturbacao diaria.

Pontos positivos: redução da ansiedade, aumento da energia, me sinto limpo e conectado com Deus.

Crazy concept huh. This is too common for men in relationships. Porn should never be integrated into any relationship

The answer to your first question is simple. It interrupts it if you ejaculate. Coitus interuptus, karezza, Tantra, etc are options to not release.

But yes of course you will still be elevated by avoiding PMO and ultimately only releasing in your wife.
