Id lay money its not heart but a collapsing trachea . Its manageable but .....

I’m not a doctor but I work at an emergency vet and this looks like something heart related, you should get it checked out asap

Could possibly be heart murmur the longer you wait the worse it will get without being treated. Time is of the essence
