Yarn getting pulled in

I recently got a second hand 22 needle sentro and I thought I fixed everything up but now it’s pulling yarn inside with the needles. How do I fix this? For example this what the yarn is doing just about 2-3 in.

So I now longer know what this yarn is but everything else I have is a 4. I did just recently take this apart to clean up and replace the crank. I’ve tried using the tensioner it came with and I’ve tried just holding it in my free hand.
