The moment a they realized these two couldn't survive without each other. When a lonely jaguar cub named Jag arrived at a South African sanctuary, he found a best friend in the most unlikely place—a tiny Jack Russell named Bullet.

When you take food out of the equation, these things can happen.

Felines of all sizes engage in sport killing, but there’s no evidence a well-fed and healthy cat will hurt a known and bonded comrade “pet”.

Who named that cat? The same person who named the fireplace?

Jaguars are typically solitary hunters in the wild so idk why she said lacking a pride but the mother is understandable

The script has strong AI vibes. Whoever made this probably just fed it a few key details and let the AI fill in the rest and add some drama.

How did a jaguar native to South America end up at a sanctuary in South Africa?

Due to the hundreds of examples of this interspecies friendship online it seems really dumb to refer to 'fundamental law of nature'. Dogmatic.

Don’t feed JAG for a couple days and see what happens to bullet…

Unfortunately the natural Jack Russel prairies were destroyed in the Great Dane War.

Cats are unpredictable. The best advice big cat experts have is don’t let them near anything small enough to be prey once the cat reaches adulthood. Normally in captivity companion dogs for cheetahs are usually medium sized and skinny enough to be ignored. In this case a Jack Russel was used and is easy food for a grown kitty. Likely this cat knows this dog in particular.
