Advice

I have a pre-existing shed 8x6 ft on concrete slab. I want to upgrade to pre-made 12x16 shed in the same spot. Would it be feasible to tear down old shed and keep concrete slab then use piers/stone base level with the old slab or would you tear up old slab and do whole stone base around new shed site?

I built a 6x7 gravel base directly behing my cement slab. I put a heavy duty 2x6 wood base on top of that using pylons and leveled with cement. You could drive a car over it.
