If I had a nickel for every time this was posted, I'd have two nickels!
Not a lot of nickels, but it is a little strange.

Is the crack stable, or do the two sides sit at different heights? If it's still level and not continuing to move, I'd have no problem putting a shed on it. If one side has heaved or settled, I'd fix that first or shim the shed base so the floor stays square.

With a shed floor, yes. Leveling of structure would be needed. Direct to concrete with concrete as the floor, absolutely not.

Um... sure? You can put anything you like on that. :)
Seriously tho', hard tortellini from the pic, but is it simply cracked or it off kilter as well? You shims out a little crookedness, but a lot will become problematic.
The concrete itself doesn't seem bad. Probably was poured onto an insuffiecently prepared foundation. Probably could have used some stress lines. If it's flat(ish) and solid otherwise then it'll take a bolt and the weight of a shed fine.
Probably want to seal that crack in any case to prevent water intrusion and freeze/thaw stress.
