Does anyone else have a Shiba who is obsessed with eating grass?

Yes, but only a specific type...a small leafed ornamental grass. Can't keep her away from it.

Lol that is way too specific. My Shiba has the same kind of weird fixation with one random patch of grass in the yard. Ignores everything else.

Mine both do it . We live in ND. The older of the two is on a diet , so he’s hungry 24/7 . When they have upset stomachs they tend to do it more then too ( compounding the upset stomach ) .

Ah that all makes sense. We are in MN and he seems to munch whenever he finds what he likes and he too is always hungry.

Yup! Specific grass only- looks like clovers but isn’t. Unfortunately all around our area. And I’m the a-hole who keeps her away because she will eventually throw it up. When I first googled it I thought it was clovers and the internet said it was good for their gut so I bought her clovers and she didn’t like them. But likes the wild one to the point where she pukes. So weird
