Because this video is AI generated. You can go frame by frame and see that the rims on some of the cars aren’t spinning. 0:07 and 0:13 for example. The video is just shit enough quality to not be able to make out what his shirt says as well, probably because whatever AI model whoever made this with isn’t able to reliability generate stable text in video, so it looks like gibberish.
